1. Returns & Exchanges I gladly accept returns and exchanges for ready-made items.

• Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.

• Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

• Custom or personalized orders (e.g., custom dolls, items with names).

• Digital downloads (e.g., PDF patterns).

• Items on sale / Clearance.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

2. Cancellations

• Ready-made items: Cancellations are accepted before the item has dispatched.

• Custom orders: Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Once work has begun, deposits or payments may be non-refundable to cover materials and time.

3. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages Once the package is dispatched, I have no control over postal delays.

• I am NOT responsible for delays due to customs, holidays, postal strikes, or weather conditions.

• Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within 30 working days (International) or 10 working days (UK), please contact me so I can assist you in filing a claim with Royal Mail.

4. Handmade Disclaimer (Nature of Handmade) Every single item is 100% handmade by me, Joman.

• Unique Variations: Because of this, each piece is unique and may have slight variations in stitch tension or size compared to the photos. This is the charm of handmade!

• Color: Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and yarn dye lots.

5. Safety Disclaimer (Important!) All crochet items sold by Joman Crochet are defined as collector's art dolls or decorations.

• NOT A TOY: They contain small parts (safety eyes, accessories) which may pose a choking hazard.

• Usage: Please keep out of reach of babies and pets. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items are for display purposes only.
