All items are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail.

We believe in fair pricing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your destination, strictly following the official Royal Mail rates. You only pay for what it costs to ship!

Since all items are 100% handmade by me with care, please allow time for me to prepare your order:

• Ready-made items: Dispatched within 1-2 business days.

• Custom orders: Creation time is typically 1-3 weeks (we will confirm the exact timeline during our chat!).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

   Once your order is dispatched, here are the estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2-4 business days.

• Europe: 5-10 business days.

• Rest of World (USA, Canada, Asia, etc.): 10-20 business days.

Please note: These are estimates based on Royal Mail services. I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates as delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or postal service disruptions.
